FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 26, 2026
CHEVY CHASE, MD April 2, 2026 – GME Enterprises proudly announces that Tara Coles has joined the firm as Director of Service Delivery and Performance, a key leadership role designed to strengthen day-to-day execution, scale client delivery, and support the company’s next phase of growth.
Coles brings nearly three decades of experience in mortgage operations, compliance, and risk management, including 15 years focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risk. Most recently, she served as Director of Risk Management in Fannie Mae’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion, where she led Enterprise Risk Management framework implementation, operational risk reporting, key risk indicator development, and business resiliency efforts. Her background also includes leadership in risk governance, remediation oversight, internal controls, and cross-functional project execution developed across multiple progressively senior roles at Fannie Mae.
Coles is already familiar with GME’s work through her recent consulting support, including ARMICS reviews for Virginia state agencies, feasibility studies, compensation studies, and project management support for cross-agency initiatives. That experience, combined with her expertise in process improvement, audit readiness, root cause analysis, and governance, positions her to help institutionalize a scalable delivery model rooted in accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
“Tara brings exactly the kind of operational discipline, client-centered execution, and servant leadership that GME needs as we continue to grow,” said CEO Ynette Evans, “her experience leading risk frameworks, building strong teams, and improving processes will be invaluable as we strengthen our service delivery model and scale our ability to serve clients with consistency and excellence.”
“I’m excited to step into this role and help bring greater structure, consistency, and visibility to how we deliver for our clients. GME has built a strong foundation, and I’m looking forward to strengthening our execution, supporting our consultants, and building systems that allow us to grow with intention,” said Tara Coles.
This leadership addition supports GME’s ongoing effort to build a more scalable, distributed leadership model that reduces founder dependency, improves execution, and positions the firm for continued expansion in its core advisory markets.
